Annaleise Carr's team is calling her charity swim a success after she swam from shore to shore across Lake Erie.

The 16-year-old has raised about $130,000 for Camp Trillium.

She ended her official crossing of Lake Erie at Long Point at about 4 a.m. Saturday.

The teen is on a boat to Port Dover, where the swim was supposed to end.

A decision was made to swim to a closer location after a consultation with Carr's coach and swim master.

A crowd of supporters is ready to greet Carr at Port Dover when she arrives.
