UPDATE: Man stabbed at Weston Road restaurant

The man suffered life-threatening injuries, late Sunday night.

A man was rushed to hospital Sunday night, after being stabbed multiple times.

Toronto paramedics were called to Weston Road, near Lawrence Avenue around 10 p.m.

The 27-year old man was found inside the Weston Station Restaurant, and police say the stabbing happened inside. 

He was rushed to Sunnybrook Hospital with life-threatening injuries, but is now listed in serious but stable condition.

Police say they are searching for one suspect. He is a white male in his 30's. 

Earlier on Sunday, a man was stabbed on Gerrard Street, near Yonge. His injuries were non-life threatening and he is not co-operating with police. That incident occurred around 6 p.m.
