ALS Canada exceeds fundraising expectations
Fundraising goal reset for $3 million thanks to the popularity surge of the Ice Bucket Challenge

Turns out, dumping gallons and gallons of ice water can add up to some serious cash for an excellent cause.

As of Thursday afternoon, ALS Canada and ALS Provincial Societies had received over $1.5 million in donations through the Ice Bucket Challenge over a 14-day span.

As a result, a new fundraising goal has been set to $3 million.
