It looks like mayoral candidate John Tory is getting a boost from the failed Karen Stintz campaign.

The National Post reports Paul Brown, a key strategist in Stintz' mayoral bid, is one of the operatives moving over to Tory's campaign.

Brown is joined by ex-Stintz policy head, Chris Loreto, Bev Hammond, Cal Bricker and Peter Zakarow.

Brown called the battle for the chain of office "a two person race," between Olivia Chow and Tory.

Stintz says she will not personally endorse a candidate.
