Missing teen last spotted at mental health facility

Toronto Police are trying to track down a teen last spotted at mental health facility.

15-year-old Tyler Baker was last seen Friday at Youthdale Treatment Centres Ltd on Victoria St, not far from the Eaton Centre. Police will not say if he was a client at Youthdale.

Baker is described as Aboriginal with a tanned complexion, standing 5'9 with a thin build.  He has short brown hair with blonde streaking, thin facial hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a grey sweatshirt with a yellow hood and jeans.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 416-808-5100 or to contact Crime Stoppers.
