Three Victims Were Targeted; Kidnapping Not Random

They were after cash and drugs, so 7 people hatched a plot to kidnap 3 men in their early 20's.

They were abducted in the Martingrove Road and Rexdale Boulevard area of Toronto 9 days ago in two separate incidents.

Five of the 7 kidnappers are still on the run. Listed among the suspects, a 17-year old girl.
