Trenton Commander Charged In Murder Of Jessica Lloyd And Another

A commander of CFB Trenton has been charged with first-degree murder in the deaths of two eastern Ontario women.Police told a Monday afternoon news conference that Russell Williams, 46, of Tweed, Ont., was arrested Sunday in Ottawa.
He's charged with the first-degree murder of Jessica Lloyd of Belleville and Marie Comeau, a 38-year-old corporal from Brighton with CFB Trenton's 437 squadron.
Lloyd's body was found earlier today. Comeau was found dead in her home Nov. 25, 2009.
Williams is also charged with two home invasions dating back to September of 2009.
He was to appear in bail court in Belleville Monday afternoon.
Lloyd, 27, was last heard from the night of Jan. 28 when she sent a text message to a friend.
She was reported missing the next day after she failed to show up for her job with the Tri-Board Student Transportation Services in Napanee.
