Ochakovsky died last Tuesday following a crash that saw his cruiser collide with another vehicle in Brampton.

"He was my hero. He was my Prince Charming. He was my everything,'' Erin Ochakovksy told the crowd of more than five thousand.

"I miss you already. You were my life. You were my heart. I'll see you again.''
