The LA Kings won the Stanley Cup and the captain, Dustin Brown, brought it home. His kids decided to have some fun and drink chocolate milk out of it!

It's fascinating to see the number of NHL teams that have won the Cup, or even played in the finals THAT DIDN'T EXIST THE LAST TIME THE LEAFS APPEARED (AND WON) in 1967-the last year of the six-team NHL. For the Kings, it was their second appearance and first win (like Carolina-formerly the Hartford Whalers). As for New Jersey, remember that this was the franchise that started out as the Kansas City Scouts, then became the Colorado Rockies.

One really interesting fact-if Phoenix had defeated L.A., then the NHL would have had a Stanley Cup Final FEATURING TWO OWNERLESS TEAMS! Think about it...

It's fun to be a Red Wing fan... :)
