Climbing the Stairway to Heaven

So on Thursday I will be climbing up the stairs inside the CN Tower for the United Way. I did it last year not knowing if I was going to toss my cookies halfway through and it wasn't all that bad. You just have to make slow and steady progress and not waste energy vaulting upwards. I'm out to beat last year's time (which was about 17:30 minutes).
