Toronto Police have made two arrests in connection with a homicide investigation into the suspicious death of a man last Saturday.
Police responded to a call last Saturday at 103 West Lodge Avenue at 11:27 p.m. They found a man lying on the front driveway with apparent serious injuries. He was pronounced on scene.
The victim was identified as 42-year-old Chad Day of Toronto.
On Wednesday, police arrested 30-year-old Lee Newelln of Hamilton and charged him with First-Degree Murder. Newelln appeared in court on Wednesday.
28-year-old Christopher Small of Hamilton, was also arrested and charged with Second-Degree Murder.
He is scheduled to appear in court Thursday.
Police confirm they are still searching for one more suspect.
Investigators are appealing for witnesses and information.
