Toronto Police are asking for the public's assistance identifying two suspects in an Assault with a Weapon investigation.
On Monday, November 13, 2017, at 7:30 pm, the first suspec entered the Tim Horton’s at 2501 Victoria Park Avenue. He then approached a 50-year-old man and produced a piece of paper containing banking information.
The suspect then told the man to pay his debt before leaving the restaurant. The man left the restaurant and was confronted by that suspect and another as he got into his vehicle.
The first suspect pistol-whipped the man, causing facial injuries. Both suspects fled on foott in an eastbound direction.
Suspect #1 is described as black, 6’0, 230 lbs, heavy build, wearing black coat, black pants, brown shoes, grey toque.
Suspect #2 is described as male, black, 5’10, 180 lbs, medium build, 25, wearing red coat, jeans.
