87 grocery stores across Ontario will start selling beer and cider as of April.
39 of those stores are in the GTA, including 11 locations in Toronto.
The provincial government announced on Friday that the 87 stores that have received approval, 11 are independently owner and 76 are owned by large companies.
The LCBO was in charge of selecting the stores as part of a plan to expand beer and cider sales to a total of 450 grocery stores across Ontario.
300 of those stores will also sell wine.
