Believe it or not, almost 700 drivers were ticketed in a week-long distracted driving campaign by Toronto Police.
Between January 14th and January 20th, police handed out 670 charges for things like holding your cellphone or GPS.
Officers used unique methods during this blitz, in some cases riding buses or TTC street, so they could look down into vehicles.
Police said in a release, "A clear message needs to be sent to all drivers that when you are behind the wheel, your only focus should be on the task of driving."
