Toronto Police have made an arrest in an ongoing Sexual Assault investigation.
Police allege that on Wednesday, February 28th the suspect, an 80 year old man, was tutoring a 12 year old girl at his residence when he sexually assaulted her.
Today police arrested Sivalingam Vallipuram of Toronto and charged him with Sexual Assault, Sexual Interference and Sexual Exploitation.
Vallipuran appeared in court Monday morning.
