Toronto Police have released an image of two suspects wanted for a stabbing downtown Toronto Friday night.
The incident occurred near Lower Simcoe Street and Bremner Boulevard at about 9:30 p.m.
Police allege the pair, a man and a woman, got into a verbal argument with another man, who was punched then stabbed several times by the male suspect.
The 21-year-old victim suffered serious injuries and was rushed to hospital.
The man and woman fled the scene southbound on Lower Simcoe Street.
The male suspect is described as black, 6 feet tall,, mid to late 20s, muscular build, short black hair with a black beard. He was wearing a tan polo shirt, baggy blue jeans, tan boots, and carrying a black shoulder bag.
The female suspect is described as, white, 5’6” - 5’8”, mid to late 20s, slim build, long brown straight hair tied back in a pony tail. She was wearing a Blue Jays tank top, blue jeans, white sandals, with sunglasses on her head.
