For the second time in a row an alleged terrorist has refused to appear inside a Scarborough courtroom.
Rehab Dughmosh faces 21 charges, 14 of which are terror related, but says she doesn't recognize or trust the Canadian justice system.
She's accused of swinging a golf club and knife at employees and customers inside a Canadian Tire in June, shouting about ISIS.
During her first two court appearances she pledged allegiance to the terrorist group and said if she was freed she would continue the violence.
The 32-year-old will be given another opportunity to appear, this time by video, on Thursday morning.
