Toronto Police have made an arrest in an alleged arson that happened earlier this week, at the Old City Hall Courthouse.
Officers say three small fires were set on Monday evening and quickly put under control.
The fire caused about $100,000 damage.
On Thursday, police arrested George Powers, 48, of no fixed address.
He's facing four charges, including arson and failure to comply with probation.
When police identified him, they warned that he could be violent and dangerous.
