York Regional Police say they have a warrant for the arrest of a man accused in a violent abduction in Richmond Hill.
They are still searching for 27-year-old Jonathan McLennan but they say the suspect vehicle, a 2017 Toyota RAV4, has been found and seized by investigators.
The incident began early Thursday, when the 28-year-old woman knocked on the door of a home.
The home's doorbell camera caught the whole thing on video.
Police say the door wasn't answered, but a man emerged from a car parked on the street in front of the house, had an altercation with the woman and dragged her back to the vehicle by her hair. They say the man appeared to be armed and could be heard on the video threatening to kill her.
Police said early Saturday that the woman had been found, "in good health."
McLennan is facing several charges including, Kidnapping With a Firearm, Forcible Confinement, Uttering Threats and various weapons charges.
Police say he is considered armed and dangerous and that anyone who sees him should call 911.
