Police in York Region say a newborn baby was left outside a fire station in Georgina, in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
They say the baby boy is ``in good health,'' and the Children's Aid Society is involved.
The baby is believed to be just days old, and police say there was no sign of exposure or anything that would cause them concern.
Police are urging the child's mother to seek medical care if she needs it.
They are also asking her to let them know she's OK.
