Peel Regional Police say a body has been found in the Credit River in Mississauga.
They received a call around 9:30 a.m. Saturday for a body in the water.
The body of a male was found near the QEW and Mississauga Road.
Police say it is too early to say whether foul play may have been a factor.
The body has been pulled from the river and taken to the coroner for an autopsy; however a cause of death is not yet known.
