There are new allegations of road rage in Vaughan.
Police in York Region say the incident happened 2 Sundays ago but they're only making it public now.
Investigators believe the dispute started between two men on a late-night drive, near Zenway Boulevard and Highway 27.
Allegations are they were tailgating and driving aggressively before arriving at a stoplight.
Police believe that's when the confrontation spilled over, with both men getting out of their vehicles and coming to blows in the street.
It ended with one of the drivers getting stabbed, and the other fleeing the scene.
York Regional Police Const. Andy Pattenden says the alleged victim was able to get to a nearby coffee shop, where 911 was called.
Police caught up with the suspect later and arrested him.
53-year old Vito Maltese of Brampton faces charges including assault with a weapon.
The victim is expected to recover.
