Peel Regional Police say the truck driver who crashed into a GO Bus on Monday afternoon, was drunk and wasn't even supposed to be driving.
The crash happened just after noon near Dixie and Steeles, in Brampton.
The truck was without a trailer, and the bus had 30 people on board, none of whom were hurt.
However, the 37-year-old truck driver, from Brampton was charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle, excess blood alcohol, fail to remain at the scene of an accident, drive while disqualified and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.
Sarwan Singh will be in court on Tuesday.
Police haven't said which company the man drove for.
