They're expecting around 15,000 people.
Toronto Police have warned of potential road closures in the area starting around 9:30 a.m., including Queen's Park Crescent between Bloor and College.
This job action is going ahead in spite of an offer from the province to back down on increased class sizes and mandatory e-learning.
