A construction worker has been rushed to hospital after he fell at a Vaughan worksite Friday morning.
York Regional Police tell CP24 the worker, a man in his 50's, was working on the second floor of a home that was under construction on Ridgepoint Road - in the Kirby Road and Kipling Avenue area - when he fell.
He ended up in the basement of a building.
Vaughan Fire and York Paramedics rushed to the scene. Police tweet that the man was transported by Ornge air ambulance to a trauma centre in Toronto.
He's listed in critical condition.
