It was June 9th, 2015, when a Vaughan man disappeared after a soccer game with his friends.
Three days later, Police would discovered his body inside an apartment in Toronto near Jane and St Clair West.
It was rented out to a couple.
Security footage showed them leaving that location, early the next morning following the murder.
After 11-days on the run, they were eventually arrested inside a Walmart in Niagara Falls, when a member of store security recognized the duo and called police.
Both of them have now pleaded guilty to murder.
For the man arrested in the case, Clyde Marshall, it was a count of first degree murder, while his girlfriend at the time Sabrina Chouart, pleaded guilty to second degree murder.
He's automatically sentenced to life in prison with no chance of parole for 25 years, while she'll be sentenced at a later date.
The three had met up willingly at a Tim Hortons in York Region, and went back to the apartment for a kinky threesome, that eventually turned to a beating, robbery and eventually murder.
Marshalls lawyers says he realized he did a horrible thing, and wanted to avoid a trial to make sure Parsi's wife didn't have to suffer through an extended trial.
