Peel Regional Police have found no suspicious packages or persons after a bomb threat was called in at Credit Valley Hospital Tuesday.
The threat was reported shortly after 6 p.m. that a bomb was on the property.
Cst. Ahkil Mooken said traffic was restricted to only emergency vehicles, while officers conducted the search.
"We are encouraging if anyone is attempting to visit that they do so during normal visiting hours at the hospital, we are still on scene as we continue our investigation," he said.
Operations ran normally during the search and there were no evacuations.
Mooken said he couldn't recall the hospital getting a threat before and it'll take some time to see if the call was a prank.
Anyone with information about the threat is also asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
