A teenage boy is dead after being shot in Scarborough moments after school let out for the day.
It happened at Markham and Ellesmere Roads at around 3 p.m.
When police arrived on scene, they found the teenager, with at least one gunshot wound.
He was rushed to hospital but died shortly after.
Roughly 20 minutes later one man was arrested but police aren't giving any information on his age or possible relationship to the victim.
The incident happened outside of an Esso gas station at the intersection.
It's Toronto's 4th homicide of the year.
