It was a violent long weekend in the GTA.
There were at least 12 different shootings in the area, the most recent in Mississauga where a man was badly injured in a shooting near Mavis and Eglinton.
Peel Police haven't made an arrest in that case.
All the shootings happened between Friday night and Monday night.
Even with the COVID-19 lockdown, this year has been a pretty violent one.
Police statistics show Toronto is on pace to see the worst year in fire years for shooting incidents.
While the number of shootings is up 13 percent, the number of people injured by bullets is down 10 percent compared to last year. The number killed by bullets is up 39 percent.
