Toronto Police have charged the director of a tutoring service with sexual assault.
Police say a woman was sexually assaulted at Annai Educational Services near Neilson Rd and McLevin Ave between 2010 and 2016. Police say the business offers tutoring to school aged children.
Balasubramanian Kandasamy faces two counts of sexual assault.
