Four buildings in downtown Toronto have been evacuated after a construction crew ruptured a gas line.
Toronto Police were called to an address on Colborne St near King St E and Church St at about 8:20 a.m. Wednesday.
Enbridge is on scene working to cap the leak.
TTC buses have been brought in to shelter evacuees, but the only people filling the seats are construction workers playing the waiting game.
Stretches of King St E, Church St, Wellington St E , Colborne St and Colborne Ln are closed.
