With thousands of people hitting the road for Christmas this weekend, NEWSTALK 1010 is monitoring travel conditions for you.
Friday will be wet across the GTA and towards Niagara where there is a rainfall warning in effect.
The GTA could see flurries tonight and there is a chance of freezing rain after midnight.
If you are headed north towards Barrie there's a chance for 2 cm of snow and freezing rain, but it doesn't look like there are any significant storms to hit that area before Christmas.
There is a chance of flurries every day until Boxing Day in Barrie, but there's no mention of any significant accumulation.
Some of the worst driving conditions Friday into Saturday might be towards Ottawa.
CTV's Brandon Gonez is predicting heavy rain Friday during the day and snow at night. The snow could mix with ice pellets early tomorrow morning and there is also a risk of freezing rain.
After Saturday, the Ottawa area has a slight chance of flurries on the 23rd and Christmas Eve, with cold temperatures expected through Boxing Day.
If you are headed west, the London area is not expected to see significant snowfall.
There is a chance of flurries in London on the 22nd, 23rd, and Christmas Day, but it does not appear there will be any significant accumulation.
