Monday is municipal election day in Ontario as voters get a chance to determine the future of their cities and towns.
In Toronto, the polls will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Voters will elect school board trustees, the mayor, and a now smaller number of councillors after Premier Doug Ford decided to slash the size of council.
If you are unclear which ward you will be voting in, you can find that out HERE.
If you still have your voter card, bring that to the polling station to speed up the process, but if you can't find it, you don't need it.
What you do need is a piece of identification that shows your name and your Toronto address. Form of acceptable Identification includes things like your driver's license, photo health card, bank or credit card statement, pay stub, and utility bill. Find the full list HERE.
Election results should start coming in shortly after the polls close so make sure to tune in to NEWSTALK 1010's live election coverage.
