Protests are being held across Canada Saturday in support of the Women's March on Washington.
Demonstrations have been planned in virtually every major Canadian city as well as many smaller centres.
Organizers say 30 events in all have been organized across Canada, including Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver.
A rally will start at Queen's Park at 12 p.m.
It will travel south towards the American Embassy and will end at Nathan Phillips Square.
At Queen's Park and Nathan Phillips Square speakers, including councillor Kristyn Wong-Tam, will address the crowd.
Across Turtle Island (North America) we have seen a rise in acts of hate coinciding with the American election. On Saturday, January 21, join us for a march to unite our communities in Toronto and to speak out,” reads the Facebook event.
“All allies are welcome.”
The march is being organized by We Talk Women, an organization focused on creating a platform for girls and women’s rights issues.
“We came together to have our voices heard and say clearly that the kind of hate Donald Trump is spreading will not be tolerated,” Kavita Dogra, one of the Toronto march organizers, said in a statement.
