Ontario health officials are reporting 409 new cases of COVID-19 in the province today, which is an increase compared to yesterday.
It's also higher than the seven-day average of 386 daily new cases.
151 of those new cases have come in Toronto, 82 in Ottawa and 46 in Peel Region.
However, only 30,600 tests were completed yesterday.
Of the new cases, 63% came in people 40-years-old or younger, which is a drop of 6% compared to yesterday.
