Ford Governments education plan leaves TDSB with 21M less than last year

Between that, and the boards deficit, the chair of the TDSB says theyll need to find 54 million in cuts for the next school year.
The Toronto District School Board says it has some tough decisions to make.
The board has taken a close look at the funding announced Friday by the Ford Government.
According to the Toronto Star, they've determined Queen's Park is handing over $21 million less than last year.
Between that, and the board's deficit, the chair of the TDSB says they'll need to find $54 million in cuts for the next school year.
It's not clear what might be cut but it could include fewer teachers and fewer courses for high school students to chose from.
