One person was seriously injured following a plane crash in Brampton Monday afternoon.
It happened just before 5:30 p.m., when the 4-seater Cessna attempted to land at the Brampton Flight Centre.
In a releae, the OPP say the preliminary investigation finds the plane struck a tree and crashed on McLaughlin Road.
The injured person is expected to make a full recovery. Three others who were in the plane at the time were taken to hospital as a precaution.
McLaughlin Road had to be closed down between King Street and Old School Road for the investigation.
The Transportation Safety Board has been called in to investigate.
