It's amazing no one was hurt, after a young-Lewis Hamilton wannabe, jumped behind the wheel of an SUV in North York.
It happened around 2:30 in a parking lot near Dufferin and Steeles.
Toronto Police say the four-year-old was left in the vehicle, and slid into the driver's seat, putting the SUV in gear.
The child quickly figured out that it was easier to watch mommy and daddy drive, than drive themselves, when the vehicle hit two stop signs before coming to a stop.
No one was hurt, including the child, but the owners of the SUV could be facing charges.
"Anything from child endangerment to highway traffic act charges that talk about leaving a vehicle unattended," says Constable David Hopkinson from Toronto Police.
Or, he says, it's just a firm reminder to not leave your child in your vehicle.
