A Halton Regional Police officer, who was already charged with stealing a credit card, is facing new charges.
29-year-old Michael Kellas is now facing 13 counts of fraud under $5,000.
It's alleged that he used a service-issued gas card, while off-duty, on 13 seperate occasions. Police say those cards are issued to officers only to fuel up service vehicles.
Kellas was charged back on February 13th, with theft of a credit card, possession and use of a stolen credit card and possession of property obtained by crime.
He'd already been suspended with pay, when he was slapped with the new charges.
Police are asking anyone who may have any information with regards to either case, to please come forward.
