Police say they now believe more than one person was involved in stalking of a member of a notorious Ontario mob family who was killed outside his Hamilton-area home last year.
Thirty-nine-year-old Angelo Musitano was shot multiple times as he sat in a pickup truck in his driveway in Waterdown last May by a suspect who took off in a dark sedan.
But in an update today, Detective Peter Thom says as many as four cars are now suspected of being used in surveillance of Musitano in the days ahead of the shooting.
They say a 2006 Ford Fusion found near the home was seen driving around the house in the previous week but they are also looking for a 2017 red Chevy Malibu, a grey Infiniti sedan and a black two-door Honda Civic of the years 2006 to 2011.
Thom says police are still looking for a motive for the killing but have not received much co-operation from the family.
