Peel Regional Police are looking for witnesses of a shooting that left a woman dead in Mississauga earlier this month.
Police say 24-year-old Jackline Keji Gore was at a bar with friends on July 7 when she was shot in a parking lot.
Investigators say the suspect had an intended target and that Keji Gore was struck by stray bullets.
Police say she was not involved with the intended target or group.
A spokesman for the family say she was an innocent victim and that these acts of violence continue to plague their community.
The investigation is ongoing and police have asked for any witnesses to come forward.
