It won't be an easy drive into work this morning. This late-winter storm arrived more-or-less as advertised.
Environment Canada says about 13 centimetres of snow had fallen by 4 a.m. at Pearson, likely more in the east end.
We're expecting a few centimetres more before it wraps up around 8 a.m. but the snow could continue until 9 a.m. in the Oshawa area.
But that may not be the end of the wintery weather.
The wind is picking up today so there's a risk of squalls and blowing snow this afternoon.
And don't be surprised if you wake up to more snow tomorrow morning.
It's still unclear exactly how things will play out but Environment Canada is expecting some flurries, maybe snow squalls tonight into tomorrow.
Some areas could get as much as 5 to 10 more centimetres.
