A star of Shark Tank and one time Federal Conservative leadership hopeful is dealing with a police investigation.
Kevin O'Leary tells TMZ he was in a boat involved in a deadly crash on Lake Joseph in Muskoka Saturday.
A man and a woman in the other boat were both killed in the collision.
O'Leary says he was a passenger and claims the other boat had no lights on. His rep says his wife was driving.
He says he's cooperating with authorities.
We still don't know what led to the crash or whether there was alcohol involved.
