Monday, October 28th will mark the return of MPP's to Queens' Park, following an extended recess of nearly five months.
But it won't be a quiet welcome.
Labour and community groups are planning to circle the grounds of Queens Park Monday to send a strong message to the Ford Government that they're not happy with the "regressive cuts" to jobs and public services.
It's all part of a "Day of Action", organized by the Ontario Federation of Labour. Spokesperson Patty Coates with the Ontario Federation of Labour spoke with our media partner CP24:
"He calls himself the Premier of the people, that he's for the people and we know that he hasn't been. He has been for those few rich people and we want him to listen to us. We want him to hear the stories, from the people of Ontario, who are being affected by these cuts and we need it to end and we need it to end now, because we want an Ontario for everyone."
The "Day of Action" at Queens Park is expected to start around 7:30 a.m. and last for several hours.
