This is the day we take a moment to remember those who lost their lives and honour our veterans.
Remembrance Day ceremonies were held across the country, including at the Old City Hall cenotaph in Toronto.
Hundreds of people gathered at the corner of Bay and Queen Sts to pay tribute to the men and women who have served this country.
