An adult male is dead after being struck by two vehicles as he stood near the side of the road on the QEW and Bartlett avenue in Grimsby Saturday night.
OPP Sgt. Kerry Schmidt confirmed through Periscope that the victim was a pedestrian when he was struck around 10:40p.m.
"That person was struck by two vehicles both of those vehicles remained at the scene. Unfortunately the male pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene."
Schmidt is hopeful the public can help the OPP out in identifying the man. The only certainty is what he was wearing.
" Wearing blue pants a dark t-shirt and a brown coat. We are trying to get more information that will assist us in identifying him right now."
