Durham Police are investigating a disturbing incident involving a 14-year-old girl and the way police say she was targeted, will have parents even more worried.
They say the girl was sexually assaulted by a man who tracked her down online.
Police allege the man, a stranger, connected with her on Snapchat and used a location setting to track her down twice. They say he tried to persuade her to go with him but she refused.
The two eventually met up. The man is accused of driving her to a remote parking lot and sexually assaulting her.
21-year-old Hunter Ollivierre is charged with Sexual Assault, Sexual Interference, Invitation to Sexual Touching and Luring a Child.
Police want to ensure there are no other victims.
