Police in Durham have arrested after a shotgun was found in his backpack while he walked through a park in Pickering.
Cops were called just before 11 o'clock on Wednesday morning after someone thought they spotted what could be a gun.
Officers soon caught up with the 20-year-old, walking through the Brock Ridge Community Park, near Brock Road and Finch.
He co-operated with police when spoken to, and removed his backpack for inspection.
Inside, cops did find a 12-gauge shotgun, along with seven shells.
Faizal Aziz is now facing a list of charges including careless carry of a firearm, and unauthorized possession of a firearm.
It's unclear though, what he intended to do with the gun.
