Police have arrested a man who allegedly pitched a bottle filled with a corrosive substance at a family that included an infant in a stroller.
It happened near Bloor and Christie on Thursday afternoon, around 4:30.
The man and woman were out for a walk with their baby, when a man rode up on a bike and threw the bottle at the family.
They all suffered minor injuries.
Police then say the man took off yelling and screaming. Of note, he was wearing an Uber Eats bag on his back.
Cops arrested 45-year-old Massimo Ionno, from Toronto, who is now charged with three counts of assault with a weapon, three counts of public mischief and one count of administering a noxious substance.
He was picked up on Sunday.
