It was around 2:30 in the afternoon on Sunday, January 6th, when bullets started to fly in a popular Beach neighbourhood in Toronto.
It happened on Kingston Road and Woodbine, where the street is lined with shops and stores.
Two men were injured, when the vehicle they were in was stopped at a light, was shot up.
Two men were arrested at the scene, but officers had been looking for a third person involved, until now.
23-year-old John Okoro, was arrested in Barrie on an unrelated charge. Now he faces a slew of new counts, including attempted murder, conspiracy to commit murder, and using a firearm during the commission of an indictable offence.
Police are still hoping those who may have information connected to the shooting, will come forward.
